The Council wishes to procure an integrated software package governing the administration of both income and revenue (Council tax and Business rates collection) and the administration of benefits awarded to Bracknell Forest residents (Housing Benefit and Council Tax support).
The system will be required to integrate with a number of Council systems and data sources, including but not limited to the Council’s finance system Agresso.
