Service to provide an all-age, modern, integrated, recovery orientated treatment
and recovery service.. The eligible population for this service will be of any age who are Liverpool resident (or are registered with a GP based within the City boundaries), including those individuals who are homeless or with no fixed abode with a drug and/or alcohol need.
