The Homelessness Prevention Pathways – ”Reach”, ”Barton Buildings”, and ”Burlington Street”, managed by Developing Health and Independence (DHI), provide a continuum of support across B&NES.
”Reach” delivers floating/visiting support to a minimum of 200 households, including rough sleepers, care-experienced individuals, young people, and those with substance misuse or mental health needs, to prevent homelessness and promote independent living.
