This Contract between the Buyer and the Supplier is for the supply of Deliverables, being the provision of an auction platform and related services for the UK Emissions Trading Scheme (‘UK ETS’) auction platform and related services.
Value of contract is determined by commissions paid to supplier by succesful auction participants.
