The London Fire Brigade (LFB) is procuring external expertise to activate its Employer Value Proposition (EVP) both internally and externally. The aim is to improve recruitment outcomes, support diversity and inclusion, and promote LFB as an employer of choice. This project addresses a fixed-action requirement from His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS).
