We are looking to engage with 4 Service Providers (2 x St James & 2 x St Thomas wards) who will be able to deliver across one of the two wards of St. James or St. Thomas’s within the Dudley borough.
Successful Providers will each be required to support up to 30 young people.
When applicable referral of participant to Health and Well-being working organisations for additional support.
