Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSDS), on behalf of all NHS Scotland Health Boards, intends to establish a national Framework Agreement for the provision of contractor-led construction and estates works across the NHS Scotland estate.
The framework will consolidate the scope of the existing Minor Building Works and Frameworks Scotland 3 arrangements into a single national procurement route to support consistent, efficient and flexible delivery of construction projects.
