The supplier will design, market, recruit, manage and deliver a Mid-Career Progression Training Programme for 12-15 participants as part of the Create Central BFI Skills Cluster programme. The contract includes programme delivery, wraparound support, mentoring, career guidance, participant recruitment, industry engagement and programme monitoring/reporting requirements
