Hastings Borough Council (‘the Council’) are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide an Assessment Unit, consisting of at least 12 assessment beds based in either one or multiple centres (Hastings and/or Eastbourne), for the purpose of providing temporary accommodation and support to the most vulnerable Rough Sleepers in East Sussex.
