The minor works framework agreement is to provide a high quality specialist construction, repairs and refurbishment works. The Service will be achieved through a multiple contractor Framework Agreement for the appointment of suitably qualified Contractors to carry out Construction minor works building, maintenance or refurbishment programmes across Salford City Council area
