This contract is for the Planned Maintenance, Servicing and Reactive Maintenance for All
Fire Alarm Systems and Equipment at The University of Essex, Wivenhoe Park,
Colchester/Southend – on – Sea and – Loughton Campus’s, including any testing, checks or
emergency call outs as required.
The Contract shall operate for a period of 3 calendar years, plus up to further 2 years and
possibility of extending up to another 2 years from the commencement date…
