East Ayrshire Council, North Ayrshire Council and South Ayrshire Council (the Partners) are seeking interest from Service Providers of Community Based Hearing Support. The aim of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to identify Service Providers who would be interested in bidding for a proposed future tender process for this requirement.
