NHS Lanarkshire Health Board, a statutory body constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 (“the Board”), wishes to procure a justice service relating to prison release. The service will offer support to identify individual support needs of individuals with known substance use who are released from prison and will mitigate the risks that are associated with being involved in the justice system.
