PKC require a care organisation to provide care and support to 4 individuals within their tenancies, whose needs are primarily related to their diagnosis of Learning Disability, Autism and/or Physical Disability. The composition of the project will comprise of individuals who have either complex or moderate needs as a result of their diagnosis.
