Heriot-Watt University proposes to enter into a contract with QuantumIT Pty Ltd. for the InPlace web based solution with reference to paragraph 33(1)(b)(ii) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Specifically, the contract pertains to the purchase of licences to operate a cloud system for managing student work placements in the Higher Education sector.
