Wigan Council intends to procure Contractors to complete Improvement works to 7 High Rise Residential Blocks in Scholes Village, Wigan. The Works will include provision for upgrades to water mains, fire detection, lighting and power.
The works will be carried out under a JCT Design and Build Form of Contract 2016 with bespoke amendments.
The Works include but not limited to:
• Domestic Water Main Replacement
• Fire Hose Removal
• Enhancements to Lighting…
