North Lanarkshire Council (the “Council”) propose to establish a contract with a sole Contractor for the provision of Community Living Support who will support adults over 16yrs of age in North Lanarkshire who require assistance to maintain living at home and integrate within their community.

The approach to this procurement is in accordance with Regulation 74 (Social and Other Specific Services).
