The Scottish Government have made a committed to provide support and remediation where risks, due to unsafe cladding systems on external walls, have been identified.
The Single Building Assessment (SBA) programme has been introduced and will either carry out or support fully funded safety assessments to determine domestic multi-occupancy buildings with a fire safety risk. The assessment will identify the repairs needed to make buildings safe.
