This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is in relation to the renewal framework for the supply and delivery of Bitumen and Associated Products, available for all 32 Council areas in Scotland and Scotland Excel Associate Members.
It is anticipated that the scope of the materials covered under the framework will include, but not be limited to, bulk bitumen, reinstatement products, surface dressings, mortars and cementitious products, and sundries.
