BEIS is seeking to procure in the future a delivery partner to lead and design a bespoke technical assistance programme to support the work of the Lowering Emissions by Accelerating Forest Finance (LEAF) coalition.
The aim of LEAF is to bring together the private sector and governments to provide finance for tropical and subtropical forest conservation through carbon markets.
