The Authority has awarded a 3 year Framework Agreement, using the Negotiated Procedure Without Prior Publication pursuant to Regulation 16(1)(a)(ii) of the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011, on the basis that, for technical reasons, the Contract could only be awarded to Colt Canada Corporation. This is because the Authority understands that Colt Canada Corporation are the sole authorised distributor for the items in scope of this procurement.
