NES is seeking a technical partner who will work with the NLDP delivery team to create an inclusive approach that identifies individuals with the potential to progress to Board Chief Executive and director level roles and that supports the attraction, appointment and retention of a diverse population within the senior leadership cohort of NHS Scotland.
