The Common Services Agency (more commonly known as National Services Scotland) (NSS) are acting on behalf of NHS Fife, NHS Lothian, and NHS Borders are seeking expressions of interest from parties capable of assisting in the achievement of our sustainability goals and net-zero carbon initiatives.
