The Council currently has a Highways Services contract with Kier Integrated Services which commenced in October 2013. As part of the contract the Intelligent Transport System maintenance and service has been subcontracted to Swarco UK formerly Dynniq UK, for the whole duration of the contract following on from the previous contract through which they also delivered this service to the Council.
