The requirement is for a framework for all England based Ambulance Trusts and NHS Trusts for suppliers to provide a service and repair to Vehicle Tail Lifts and Vehicle Passenger Lifts that require a statutory thorough examination (STE), (LOLAR) service and weight test on a 6 monthly basis.
