In-Service Support and Technical Services for compliance testing of Marine Fuels and Lubricants, including: laboratory technical services support for compliance testing; technical advice regarding Naval fuels, lubricants, greases and associated products; monitoring contaminants in RN fuels; support to Naval Fuels and Lubricants Working Group; support to the Spectrographic Oil Analysis Programme (SOAP); provision and refurbishment of Fuels and Lubricants test kits utilised across the RN fleet.
