The Council is seeking to establish a Community Based Services Framework enabling the purchasing of services for Adults and Children in Wiltshire.  
The strategic direction to recommission all homecare in Wiltshire with the preferred option via a single joint framework, covering adults and children. The framework would offer a range of lots to cover all the Community Based service areas required
