London and Quadrant (L&Q) Housing Trust are seeking to appoint contractors in the following areas of work –
– Servicing of all fire safety related equipment on all L&Q sites, including any new or transferred stock with L&Qs portfolio.
-Fire Risk Assessment (FRAs) works
-Active and remediation works via servicing inspections.
