This is a voluntary ex ante transparency (VEAT) notice, indicating that The University of Leeds intends to enter into a contract with Fraunhofer UK Research Ltd to purchase an Aerosol Doppler Wind Lidar System. The LIDAR is a unique and complex system designed by the Fraunhofer team in collaboration with The University of Leeds which will be installed in and operate on the National Centre for Atmospheric Research Aircraft.
