Norwich City Council has acquired the large district centre shopping centre at Anglia Square and is seeking a single contractor for the site clearance, demolition and remediation works of all buildings on the site.
The requirement is to clear the site and then demolish all above ground buildings and foundations including removing above and below ground structures and then remediate the area.
