The project includes the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a new 10 classroom school building (GIFA 1847m2) with all associated site works. The works shall also include the adoption of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), including the use of precast concrete elements, to enhance quality, programme certainty, buildability, health and safety performance, and resource efficiency.
