Birmingham City Council (the Council) wishes to create an Approved Installer List (AIL) of suitably experienced retrofit installation companies with specific expertise in delivery of Energy Company Obligations (ECO) and the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS).
The Council anticipates appointing a maximum of five installers onto the AIL. The Council’s ambition is that installers deliver retrofit measures across 3000 properties in the City of Birmingham per annum.
