The Council is awarding a multi-disciplinary architecturally-led design team, with demonstrable mixed tenure housing design experience, to develop a comprehensive master plan for 4 sites in Bonymaen, Swansea.
Generally the services of the consultant team are envisaged to include:
– Architectural design/project lead
– Planning/urbanism/place-making
– Landscape design/ecology/biodiversity
– Civils & structural design (inc. highways & SUDs drainage)
– Mechanical & electrical design
– QS/cost-consultancy
