The Council is seeking to procure a Main Works Contractor in regards to the Beckenham Car Park Housing Development at Beckenham Carpark, Beckenham, BR3 4LS.
The scheme proposes to deliver 35 affordable units across a single six-storey building.
Potential Bidders should note that this is an affordable housing project is located in Greater London, alongside a live railway and adjacent to a heritage building and conservation area.
