The Council wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of Children’s Advocacy (Social Care and Special Educational Needs & Disabilities) and Independent Visitors. The Council is managing this procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations.
This is a services Contract being procured under the Light Touch Regime, using a one stage process.
The Contract includes three elements of service:
• Social Care Advocacy
• Special Educational Needs and/or Disability (SEND) Advocacy
• Independent Visitors (IV)
