The contract is for cleaning services to internal and external areas plus testing of emergency lights and fire alarms of council owned properties. The list of properties includes blocks of flats, independent living schemes, short term accommodation, civic buildings and public toilets. Initial contract term of four years maybe extended by an additional two years.
