Partick Works Ltd (PWL), a fully owned subsidiary of Partick Housing Association, is procuring close and close window cleaning services for 300 closes on behalf of the tenants and owners in their remit. Note that there are parking restrictions in the area. Close cleaning is carried out fortnightly and close window cleaning quarterly. Please note that payment of the Real Living Wage to operatives on this contract is mandatory.
