Essex County Council (ECC) is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the
provision for venues to deliver driving improvement courses. These courses are a blend of
theory and practical driving sessions delivered by suitably qualified instructors at venues
throughout the Essex Police force area (this comprises the administrative areas of ECC,
Thurrock Council and Southend-on-Sea Borough Council).
