Stafford Borough Council (SBC) have procured the services of a supplier to meet the requirements of the Council’s new Local Plan. The Local Plan requires an Economic and Housing Delivery Needs Assessment (EHDNA) to identify future growth needs across Stafford Borough within the national and local planning policy context.
