South Staffordshire District Council (“SSDC” or “the Council”) is proposing to enter into a contract with a Contractor for the provision of facilities management services at the Council’s main building the Codsall Community Hub.
The Contractor will be required to carry out 3,6,9 and 12 monthly inspections of various mechanical and electrical plant, undertake servicing in accordance with recommendations and carry out any maintenance and repairs required.
