The council is procuring a contract for the provision of the CUMBERLAND Enhanced Universal Supervised Tooth Brushing Scheme for a term of up to 20 months.
The contract is expected to commence on 1st January 2026 and will continue for a period of 20 months, unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. There are no contract extension.
