The programme will run in two work streams;
External Paint and Repairs: Carry out any necessary pre-paint repairs and painting all previously decorated external elements and, including, but not limited to, joinery, gutters, soffits, down pipes where applicable, previously painted masonry, rendered brick or stone walls, balconies, replacement and painting of timber fence panels, railings and the like, and cleaning down of all external gutters and down pipes.
