The first call-off contract serves as a bridge between the Concept Design and Preliminary Design phases. It will require the appointed Strategic Design Partner to work in collaboration with UKNNL to integrate into the delivery team to develop a scope for the Preliminary Design phase that underpins the objectives of the overall programme.
