Stirling Council, in collaboration with Police Scotland, Falkirk Council, and Clackmannanshire Council, is in the process of undertaking a joint procurement exercise for the provision of stray dog services. The proposed contract will cover seven-day kennelling for stray dogs, followed by rehoming support for any animals remaining unclaimed after the statutory holding period
