Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council has secured funding from Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy to improve the energy efficiency of approximately 140 privately owned domestic properties by the end of March 2023 through the Sustainable Warmth Competition.
The council have appointed a contractor to provide specific insulation and ventilation measures for approximately 100* households.
