Gateshead Council is in the process of renewing its Contract for Electronic Homecare Monitoring and Scheduling System, which is due to expire on 14th June 2026.
We are looking to procure an electronic scheduling system which focuses on utilising workers contracted, reduces service support workers time allocating visits, reduce duplication, utilises capacity, and providing a reporting suite on service user progress, team and workers performance.
