The Supplier shall deliver the following on behalf of EURO 2028 Delivery Partners:
1. An indicative evaluation framework which could include a pictorial diagram but should detail the proposed structured approach to evaluation, as agreed with Delivery Partners through consultation.
2. The agreed Scope of Services to be included in tender documentation which is issued as part of the procurement process for a tournament and legacy impact evaluation partner.
