HIE intends to award a multi-supplier Framework to provide the following services – Full length production, Short length production, Longer length inserts for social media, e.g. video news releases, Produce edited inserts from existing material for web or social media, Produce interview clips from fresh material for web or social media or a Series of films to promote a priority theme or project.
