Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) provide homes for over 29,000 people across 14,000 properties in Wythenshawe, South Manchester.
WCHG intend to procure and enter into contract for the servicing, maintenance and responsive repairs of fire safety and refuge equipment. The equipment covered is as follows:
Automatic smoke ventilation
Bin chutes
Disabled refuge systems
Dry risers
Emergency lighting
Fire detection and alarm systems
Portable fire appliances
Sprinkler systems
