The Scottish Government are creating a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Grant Fund Managers. It is anticipated that any future grants given by the Scottish Government that will require a grant fund manager and suit the scope of the DPS will be procured via this DPS. It is however, not guaranteed that every grant fund manager procurement will be conducted via this DPS.
